Recommended use: 2-3 capsules 2-4 times daily between meals, For early onset of normal aches and pains, use the higher dosage and frequency within the first 24-48 hours. Reduce the dosage and frequency as the condition improves. Store ina cool, dry place, do not refrigerate.?
